Request deletion

To request account deletion, contact a 002 admin in the app or message @002danang on Instagram from an account we can use to verify you.

Include the Telegram username, Google email, or Apple account you used with 002. We may ask you to confirm the request from the linked account.

What will be deleted

We delete or anonymize account identities, profile data, app sessions, booking history linked directly to your account where possible, media access data, and other personal data that is not required for legitimate operational or legal reasons.

Timing

Manual deletion requests are normally processed within 30 days. We will confirm when the request has been completed.

Important notes

Deleting your 002 account does not delete data held by external services such as Telegram, Google, Apple, YouTube, or payment providers. You may need to manage those accounts separately.
