Overview

002 helps players discover pickleball games, book a spot, view game results, and access club media. This policy explains what data we use to run those features.

Data we collect

Account data: Telegram, Google, or Apple identity data used for sign-in, such as an account id, display name, username, email address when provided, and profile photo when available.

Profile data: player name, DUPR rating when provided, gender division, play style, phone number when provided, notification preferences, and linked login methods.

Game data: registrations, registration holds, selected format or section, paddle and drink add-ons, payment status, promo code usage, results, respect awards, and attendance history.

Media access data: whether a user participated in a game so we can show or hide game videos and related media.

Technical data: session tokens, timestamps, browser or device metadata, and logs needed to keep the service secure and reliable.

How we use data

We use data to authenticate users, manage bookings, calculate available spots, show participants and results, provide access to media, send service notifications, prevent abuse, and improve club operations.

Payments and media

Payment proof screenshots may be stored to confirm registrations. YouTube links for game videos may be visible only to participants of the related game, but anyone with the underlying external link may be able to access it according to that platform’s settings.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We use service providers such as hosting, Telegram, Google, Apple, YouTube, and payment or infrastructure providers when needed to operate the app.

Retention and deletion

We keep data while it is needed to operate the club, keep booking and payment records, maintain game history, and comply with applicable obligations. You can request account deletion from the Delete account page.
