Service

002 is a club app for pickleball events in Da Nang. It helps players view the schedule, book spots, manage game participation, view results, and access game media.

Bookings

A booking is confirmed according to the rules shown in the app for the selected game, including available spots, format, section, payment, and any rating or division limits.

Game capacity, court assignment, format, camera availability, and schedule may change when needed for club operations.

Payments

Some games require prepayment. Payment instructions, accepted methods, and proof upload are shown in the app. Add-ons such as paddles or drinks may have separate limits and prices.

Player conduct

Players should respect other participants, courts, staff, and club admins. Unsafe, abusive, or disruptive behavior may lead to removal from games or restricted access.

Results and media

Players may submit game results and respect awards. Club media may include photos or videos from games and may be made available to participants through the app.

Account

Users are responsible for the accuracy of profile information used for bookings and tournament eligibility. You may request account deletion from the Delete account page.

Changes

We may update these terms as the club and app evolve. Continued use of the app means you accept the current terms.
